This website is operated by ClavaCo, a brand of Cloutt s.r.o., Jozefa Adamca, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We make every effort to display our products, colours and designs accurately. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example due to a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment made.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases in the EU.
