You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email us at info@clavaco.store with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Complaints (warranty)
Goods are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months. If an item arrives defective or damaged, email info@clavaco.store with your order number and photos. We will confirm receipt of the complaint and resolve it (repair, replacement or refund) within 30 days.
