We want you to be happy with your ClavaCo balaclava. If you are not, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, clean and in its original condition.
• Contact us at info@clavaco.store before sending anything back, so we can give you the correct return instructions and address.
• The customer covers the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
