Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to Slovakia and every country we ship to.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1-4 weeks from the date of your order, because items ship directly from our international partner warehouses.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

Customs and taxes

For shipments outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays or problems

If your parcel has not arrived after 5 weeks, or you have any question about your order, email us at info@clavaco.store and we will help.

Address

Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
